15 February 2016 If an employee has to houses with self possession. His first loan balance (Principal/Interest ) is over or less than the IInd. The concerned employee declared the EMI details of the second house as the rebate will be more.

My question is :- What is the Co's responsibility. As the co. has the info regarding the second house though last year he declared the Ist house info.

15 February 2016 Already he has taken the benefit SOP for One house, he can not avail for 2nd house if declared notional rent , than also he will benefit to claim interest full amount as let out property no interest no Celing Limit for Let-out property.
