02 April 2010 can an assessee pay house rent to his/her spouse and whether it is exempted as per income tax act section 10 (13A).

02 April 2010 YES, IF HE HAVE PROPER EVIDENCE FOR RENT PAYMENT I.E. RENT RECEIPT THEN HE CLAIM HRA
