27 April 2016 my query is that if an employee who is resident of India his employer is govt and he is working outside India govt pays him house rent than is he getting exempt under Sec 10(7) or sec10(13A) ???

28 April 2016 if the employee is getting house rent allowance, it will be covered under section 10(13A). Foreign allowance is on separate footing.
