Normally, Just rent recipt containing the necessary details are sufficient.
However, in the given case, you have given Rs.90,000 per month...i think it will be per year, ...however if it is per month ...then confirm whether the market rent value of the house justifies the rent also is the employees has sufficient income i.e salary is suffcient for him to pay so much of high rent. Also, you can get the confirmation of the rent paid by the oqner of the house.
However, my likely hoood is that it will be 90,000 p.a or 9,000 p.m. just confirm??
