If assessee has not get deduction of House rent allowance in FORM 16 due to non filling of Rent receipt to company then he can get HRA exemption while filling his return of income?

Yes, provided the tax consultant has checked and verified the the rent agreement and rent receipts before claiming the HRA deduction in the Tax Return
