IF RENT IS RECEIVED FROM COMMERCIAL PROPERTY,
IS IT TAXABLE UNDER HEAD "INCOME FROM HOUSE PROPERTY" OR SOME OTHER HEAD.ACCORDINGLY PLEASE SPECIFY THE PROVISION OR APPROPRIATE CASE LAW PERTAINING TO ABOVE CASE (IF POSSIBLE).
