10 June 2010 I have 2 house properties - i am treating one of them as SOP and the other as let out

however both are actually let out and rent has been received during FY 2009-10

what is the treatment of rent received against the SOP - can the rent be ignored and the annual value be taken as NIL even though rent is actually received

10 June 2010 U will consider one of the house as SOP as per your choice and the rent may be ignored for that SOP HP
