03 May 2011 one of the public co."A" (holding co.)holds together with the pvt. co. "B" (wholly owned saubsidiary) about 75% of the nomoinal capital of one of the other co. "C" but their individual holding in such other co. "C" doesn't exceeds 50% or more than 50%

what will be the status of such other third co. "C" whether it is a subsidiary of "A" u/s 4 of the companies act,1956
