MICS - Module Law - Munish Bhandari Audit - Module(do selective) Guidance notes are given in Audit module but not all are important from exam point of view.
Frist of All try to learn by heart all the chapter regarding proffessional Ethics. Secondly go thorough all the Accounting standards, Then go through all AAS. After all this you now what you have covered almost 35 to 40 marks definately. Now next thing would be company Audit chapters and then the rest of all.
Guidance notes do help considerably but amlways prefer AS ans AAS frist of guidance notes.
Also take help of scanners and try to find the trend of last 5 attempts

Scanner is not a publication of the institute, so ICAI wont provide it.However old scanner can be used to certain extent as the course must be more or less the same.

Dear Krati, for audit you can refer the book published by CA Sarvana Prasath. Its a good book and describes the subject Chapter wise and then questions from Various exams of ICAI, RTP and other model questions.
For Law ~ Munish Bhandari will be a good option.
Read the theory papers and practice by writting it so during exam u will find it easier.
