hi! i have my attempt due in nov 2012. i am super confused about corporate laws. there is a companies bill 2009 that is not applicable for may 2012 attempt. will it be applicable for nov 2012?? then again there is companies bill 2011, will it be applicable?? the 2 bills- the companies bill 2009 & 2011 are entirely different in terms of arrangement of sections. and what about companies act 1956? will it be discontinued?? thanks
