Sir, I could not file gst returns gstr3b for the last five months. Four returns are for nil. Now we are going to file gstr3b but heavy late fees about 20000 thousand as aggregate charging by gst department..... My query ... Is there any provision , request or procedure to waive off these late fees or minimize the late fees. Please suggest me...

There is no provision for waiver or reduce late fee . Its better to pay now itself . The more delay will result in more amount of late fee .
