As for CA MIT, i am having problem finding them. Literally, i have met with many and have sent my CVs to severals; but most of them tell either a) My quota is full. b) You are not BCom pass or r not doing BCom (Inspite of the fact which i am telling them that i am planning to join BCom from Ignou for CA next year coz the last date for joining that by CPT clearants was months ago and i passed CPT of November)
Each among them claim to see many of CPT clearants coming to their office and weep in front of them saying that they have ran around the city but have not found any MIT. One of the CA even told me thaT he is entitled to have only 7-10 articles; out of which 2-3 are from his relatives family; and they are acting as dummy articles. I am really dejected and desperate coz i sacrificed my scholaship interview for Embassy of India 's BBA programme at Symbiosis and Bangalore uni for this; and have travelled thousands of KM just to go thru all this hardship for nothing; to make the matters worst; i wont get any book from ICAI till i am registered; and without theory how shall i understand efficiently and properly all the numericals of costing(thank god, they are teaching only one subject right now ie COSTING for the first month being).
have i made yet another grave mistake in my life; which would prove fatal to my career. I should have realised that getting the opportunity to study chartered Accountancy is more TOUGH than clearing the examinations. HAS chartered accountancy STUDY HAS BECOME THE RIGHT OF ONLY THE PRIVILEGED ONES ie who has relatives in CA firms or who are really very influential. And the rest of the students who want to be CAs in future AND THAT WITHOUT BEING "DUMMY aRTICLES"; Iit's time we started looking for other subjects; may be i should enrol myself to any SCience subjects like BSC,BE,BTECH
PS: When we have passed CA; what's the use of bcom.. i dont understand why the MIT are using this thing with me, just an excuse to reject me? Is BCOM from ignou not enough

SUSHANT-WHY B.COM IS ASKED AFTER C.A IS BECAUSE MINIMUM GRADUATION WITH C.A IS PREFERRED(EVEN AFTER IIM EMPLOYERS ARE ARE ASKING GRADUATES WITH M.B.A. EVEN TOP SIX/ALL IIMS ADMIT ONLY GRADUATES FOR CAT IF IAM RIGHT). IN OUR COUNTRY OR EVEN GLOBALLY, MINIMUM OF GRADUATION IS EXPECTED BY EMPLOYERS BY AND LARGE EVEN WITH A DECENT PROF. QUAL. LIKE CA OR MBA. IAM NOT SAYING UNDER GRADUATE IS NOT GOOD C.A/MBA. BUT GLOBAL PERCEPTION IS THAT GRADUATION IS BASIC REQUIREMENT FOR COPING WITH ANY CHALLENGING SITUATION. OTHERWISE IAM SURE WHY IIMS EVEN ASK FOR GRADUATION? THERE IS SOME THING ABOUT A GRADUATE. I AGREE THESE PERCEPTOINS ARE MADE IN OLDER TIMES WHEN UNDERGRADUATES WERE NOT ALLOWED TO DO PROF. STUDIES WHICH IS NOW ALLOWED . YOU ARE UNDERGOING TESTING TIMES AND AM SURE PROBLEMS ARE NOTHING BUT SOLUTIONS IN DISGUISE. GOOD TIMES DO COME AND PL WAIT AND I PREY GOD TO HELP , YOUNGSTERS LIKE YOU TO TAKE THEM TO THE NEXT LEVEL OF THEIR LIFE. GOD IS GREAT.SLOW BUT SURE HELP WILL COME YOUR WAY. If i dont find MIT by feb/april, my exams shall be postponed by 6months(final as well as pcc). I will do BCom but from ignou which has been formed for CA students.

Dear Sushant, Do not get dejected. Please try to contact WIRC of Ahmedabad. Also I will try to talk to some of the CAs in Bombay who have contact at Ahmedabad. I request you to keep patience. Contact Hiteshbhai who is the owner of Navkar who will serve as guide.

Before 30th April, 2008. Mr. Hitesh Shah is CA and knows one thing that serving the profession is ideal. I am myself having 100+ students but still I have to see that they are well placed after CPT and I cannot raise my hands. I keep co-ordination. Nobody is busy for students. You have genuine problem. Knock the door. His one phone call will place you.

You are doing a good job. But also meet him as it will minimize your work. His one phone call will see you placed. He sits at Navrangpura.

Please contact your Administrative Office and seek his appointment. He is a nice person and will definately attend. Do it fast. Your time is wasted as you have cleared CPT long ago. Next CPT result will come. Please do not feel bad but then your time has to be valued. Good Luck.
