29 August 2010 If he builder want to pay service Tax under the Work Contract Services then he has to get himself registered under the GVAT

29 August 2010 in this case, builder has given contract for labour work only. Materials ll be supplied by builder to contractor. So he is not liable under works contract. so now whether he is required or not.
