Receipt of goods issued in what form or called/known by whatever name shall be a consignment note and therefore transaction mentioned by you is a part of RCM.
2. The freight charged in the invoice shall not be a part of RCM as the supplier of goods is not not a GTA, the position shall remain the same even if VAT is not charged on the freight in invoice.
