In case of GTA service by an Individual to other Individual, service provider has to collect service tax from service receiver and pay it to the government.

thanks Sir... By mistake I have withdrawn the ST-1, which was filed by me, Now I am not able to re submit ST-1. ACES IS NOT ACCEPTING MY APPLICATION. Please help

You should contact Superintendent with explanation letter asking for cancellation of ST-1 withdrawal application. If he does so its good, else you have to re-register by new Userid and get your self registered.
