WHO IS LIABLE TO PAY SERVICE TAX IN CASE GTA SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY INDIVIDUAL TO AN INDIVIDUAL.

In case of GTA service by an Individual to other Individual, service provider has to collect service tax from service receiver and pay it to the government.

By mistake I have withdrawn the ST-1, which was filed by me, Now I am not able to re submit ST-1. ACES IS NOT ACCEPTING MY APPLICATION. Please help

You should contact Superintendent with explanation letter asking for cancellation of ST-1 withdrawal application.
If he does so its good, else you have to re-register by new Userid and get your self registered.
