27 July 2019 yes you can SHOW IN GSTR 1 IN APRIL-19
BUT IF YOU NOT PAY GST IN 3B THEN YOU PAY WITH INTEREST

22 August 2019 you can show as normal invoice with actual date and calculate interest for late payment on it
