03 July 2019 This is because from April GSTR-4 has been discontinued and now it will be an annual affair only. Notification amending format of GSTR-4 has been issued by CBIC recently on 28.06.2019. But tax remains to be paid on quarterly basis.

11 July 2019 CMP-08 is actually a sale statement, you can deposit challan in old fashioned way it will reflect in cash ledger anyway.
