HELLO, HOW TO SHOW PURCHASE OF TAXABLE ITEM FROM UNREGISTERED DEALER WHEREAS THE RCM IS DEFERRED UPTO SEPT 2019. CAN IT BE SHOW IN TABLE 5(VALUE OF EXEMPT, NIL RATED AND NON-GST INWARD SUPPLIES) OF GSTR 3B . KINDLY GIVE OPINION.

Yes it will be shown in nil rated, exempt GST inward supplies column of 3B
