AS A PROPRIETOR AND ONE PAN NO. CAN I MAKE TWO GST REG IN SAME STATE I.E.
1. FOR REGULAR RENT INCOME 18%
2. FOR HOTEL BUSINESS 5% AS COMPOSITION TAXABLE PERSON

You can opt for two separate registrations in one PAN but both registrations should be under same category i.e. either composition or in regular. In other words, there cannot be one composition and one regular.
