07 July 2017 my client is a medical shop doing sales of rs.75 lacs below and is in compounding tax. but the supplier is in tax regime and raising invoice to the client by levying tax. my client wants to get the purchases without tax. is it possible.

07 July 2017 No, its not possible. The supplier is a taxable person and as per accepted business practice he will charge gst.
