If bill to is Delhi and Ship to is Mumbai. Is CGST & SGST applicable or IGST?

05 August 2017 If you bill from maharashtra to DElhi, charge IGST. and mention ship to as mumbai party. Then the Delhi party will raise an invoice to mumbai party and charge IGST.
