15 August 2017 I took consent letter as proof of principle place of business but the person whose consent was taken is also not owner of property, he has rent agreement with owner of property and he pays rent. So only consent letter and Rent agreement is enough for proof of principle place of business ?

17 August 2017 Yes you can also take consent letter on Rs.100/- stamp without PAN or other details. Take electricity bill of owner also....
