dear sir i am online saller and regeistred under vat.but sir what date GST come in force and whether gst pay on unstitched dress and saree.give me suggestion

The latest target date fixed for GST to come in force is 1st April 2017 which most likely to be extended further. For product wise GST rates and applicability, have to wait for some more time
