05 July 2017 suppose X buy a namkeen goods n dealer issue a tax invoice which show cgst n sgst. now my ques. is can x sell namkeen goods on MRP and chrge CGST n SGST or only chrg MrP which all tax. are include

07 July 2017 MRP is generally considered inclusive of Taxes. The CGST and SGST has to be charged on the cost price.
