Gst input taken but not deposited by vendor

Pls advise if we hv taken gst input from vendor bill and gst amt already paid to vendor according to bill but still not deposited by him..
Now who will be laible to pay???

29 July 2018 But if someone is playing with govt rules then i think govt need to take action against him..why the person who is deposting tax in proper manner will suffer.

So, You will force to file GSTR for the supplier.
