I am earning 8 lac per annum from commercial rent out with no other income. Do i have to pay GST, if so what %. Thanks

29 July 2017 You are not required to pay GST. GST will be applicable only if you income exceeds Rs.20 Lakhs.

29 July 2017 If your turnover is below 2000000/- no need to get register in GST. Once you get registered you have to pay tax on it.
