We built a building which will be rented out after completion we purchased material and take service of contacter in which we pay Gst can we take credit & use when we issue rent invoice

I agree with Ms.Rashmi. You can't take input credit of building construction services. But the same is allowed for building contractor as he can take input credit of the expenses related to his business.
