While filing my CMP 08 Negative liability shown in system i am unable to raise challan for tax payment. How to resolve and file my CMP 08.

This may be due to non reporting of table 6 in GSTR-4 ,
Add Negative liability tax to current CMP08 tax payable, as its editable.
you can pay CMP08 tax for current quarter,
After this file grievance explaining facts of case.

Show April- June 2021 turnover in CMP-08 only . It is advisable to pay the liability of F Y 20-21 by DRC-03 . and pay tax of current year through negative liability statement.
