GST ASMT-10 query urgent please

i have received GST ASMT-10 reminder today ....were not aware about the notice issued prior tue to technical glitch in Email. How to ask for extension online? Just write in Reply section or proper Letter to be uploaded for extension?

Maximum time period allowed for ASMT-10 is 30 days, in your case if it is already allowed then asking for further extension may not work. Try to respond within the extended period through reminder.
Anyway extension may be applied through reply section also citing reasons for asking for extension.

I have attached letter for extension through ASMT-11...yesterday was the last date...now i want to submit reply of the notice but ASMT-11 is blocked...what to do?
