GST applicablity CGST & SGST on hotel commission

25 August 2020 We will get commission through hotel booking at Bhubaneswar. Our office is in Mumbai. We want to issue a bill to get commission in the hotel. What are the applicable rates of CGST and SGST GST?

Please advise.

25 August 2020 You have to charge IGST in your invoice as you are registered in Maharashtra and place of supply is Orissa.
