11 October 2017 You have to pay penalty of Rs.4200/- as filing of GSTR-1 starts from 01 Nov only. Per day penalty is Rs.200/- (100 SGST+100 CGST)

13 October 2017 No official notification but earlier on GST portal this notification is scrolling that portal only after last date of GSTR-2.
