28 April 2018 IS THERE ANY LATE FEES APPLICABLE FOR NOT FILING GSRT 1 .....One assesses has file properly GSTR 3B ON TIMILY BASIS BUT UNABLE TO FILE GSRT 1 FROM AUGUST TILL TODAY...HIS TURNOVER IS LESS THAN 1.50 CORES.

30 April 2018 As of now you won't be prompted to pay late fees on filing of GSTR-1 as system is not demanding the same right now but it may be required to be paid later as and when annual return comes.
