14 December 2012 what is the importance of the group insurance of the employees?

how it ts the beneficial to the co & as well as to the emplyees?

Group Insurance policy available at subsidised rate to company as compared to individual Ins. policy taken by employee.

It is not eneficial to employed or employee but helpful to family members of the employee in case happening of unseenfull events.

Since employee feels himself secured he considers this as a perk n often leaves such an organisation where he gets such insurance for his whole family.
