In My previous company I was joined on 22.02.2007 and i was resigned on 01.02.2012.can i get the gratuity? if no than what is the rule of gratuity.

23 November 2012 You can get gratuity, If you have worked 240 working days in the last year of your service. In the last year 240 days working is required, except holidays and leaves.
