21 August 2012 If the Employee has worked with the company for five years and has been on loss of pay on medical emergency for one year in his/her service will he/she eligible for Gratuity.

CASES ARE GIVEN BELOW
NO REQUIERMENT OF CONINUOUS SERVICE OF 5 YEAR IF THE EMPLOYMENT OF AN EMPLOYEE IS TERMINATED DUE TO DEATH/DISABLEMENT/ACCIDENT/DISEASE.
YOU WILL CLAIM FOR GRATUITY PROVIDED THAT SUCH MEDICAL TREATMENT CERTIFICATE ISSUING BY CERTIFIED DOCTOR REASON MENTION THAT HE DID NOTABLE PERFORM THE JOB DUE TO DISEASE AND HOSPITAL DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE IN CASE ADMIT.
