A PERSON HAS WORKED WITH A PRIVATE COMPANY FOR 20 YEARS WITHOUT ANY APPOINTMENT LETTER, OR ANY PROOF OF HIS WORKING WITH ABOVE MENTIONED CONCERN, CAN HE CALIM GRATUITY AND WHAT ARE THE MEANS OF CLAIMING GRATUITY FOR HIS ENTIRE SERVICE PERIOD
