06 March 2010 Gratuity is exempted the limit least of the following sec.10(10)

1.15 days salary x number of year service
2.Rs.350000/-
3.Actual gratutity received

But in first point salary means Basic+DA and nothing else and for 15 days salary it will be divided by 26 not 30.
