Graduate student to directly join thIPCC course

23 June 2011 i had read a notification stating that
the Central Council has approved the new announcement of allowing a Graduate student (B.com, B.Sc., BBA,etc) to directly join the IPCC course without writing CA-CPT Exam.

Is it true.
please Help Me

you should wait for the official notification from ICAI for this purpose,
this proposal is under consideration and will be notified soon
