grace days for payment of ESI contribution in Karnataka

13 September 2010 As per the regulations, the due date for payment of employee's contribution is 21st of following month. I wanted to know if there is grace period for making such payment (Other then 48hrs for cheque clearance)? Its !!! URGENT !!!
