Generally the Gazette holidays are holiday for everyone. However, for other holidays it depends upon the mutual understanding between the principal and the article.

Look holidays like 15 august, diwali, 1st january are always off. but there is problem on others like Rakhi, Children day, vishkarma day. some CAs dont close office on these days and we have to go. even on some bank holidays are office is not closed. list of holidays is not mentioned. there should be list of holidays for CAs also. And for articles these holidays should be additional to 1/6th which we are eligible already.
