How can a CA enter govt ssector, means qualification or experience? What is salary of a govt CA? Is it better to go in govt sector than private sector with the view of security of job?

For that you have to appear for UPSC exams. Then only you can get into CAG Department. Otherwise, you should get nominated by government for the same.
