what is the rule for written off goodwill in case of pvt ltd company ....As per AS 26 goodwill 10 years me written off krni hoti h kya hum after 10 year goodwill ko books me show kr skte h ....thanks for comment...

you have to w/o every 1/10 of goodwill amount every year.
