As per your query, point wise reply is as under : 1.There is a abatement portion of 75% of freight amount. Only 25% amount of freight is liable for service tax at the rate of 12.36% on the condition that the Goods Transport Agency has not availed any cenvat credit on inputs, capital goods and Input services used for providing such service (Refer S.No.7 of Notification No.26/2012-ST dated 20.06.2012) 2.Original as white color, Pink as Duplicate, Yellow as triplicate. The same may be used for consignment notes.
