Dear Sir,
Can a service Receiver take both Abatement as well as Input credit on Service tax liablity on 25%?

In case of GTA
Abatement is claimed by service provider on the condition that cenvat cerdit of inputs,input services and capital goods is not availed by service provider.
Service receiver can take cenvat credit of the service tax paid on GTA Service.

that means as a service receiver i m able to take abatement as well as CENVAT as of 25% paid service tax
