02 March 2013 Whether Service tax shall be paid by the service recepient, if the transporter does not issue any consignment note and we donot know whether he is a GTA or Goods Transport Owner/ Operator.

If transported doesnt issue consignment note then ST not be paid by service receiver under GTA.
