24 August 2015 in case if goods supplies to EOU then,the dealer can pass on the excise duty amount to EOU or not. pls, replied urgrnt

25 August 2015 If dealer has purchase the goods with payment of excise duty then they cannot supply the goods to EOU without payment of excise duty.
