23 May 2012 goods sold in the month of Feb -2012 which have been returned in the month of May-2012.VAT Monthly return already filed for Feb-2012.

Can we claim VAT now ? and what is the period we can claim VAT from the date of sale

Within 6 months you can book Sales return with Taxes
