IF A EXCISABLE UNITE WANT TO REMOVE THE GOODS FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXHIBITION OUT OF INDIA WHICH IS COMING BACK AFTER EXHIBITION WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THIS IN EXCISE

27 January 2011 You may charge the duty of excise on comparable rates and when it retursn avail the credti therto. This is perhaps the easiest procedure without going back to dept.
