Dear sirs It is listen that from April-10 the goods and service tax will applied.Now what is the chances for proceducre and documentation,audit,return filing and assesment.Whether we have to deal with above matter with both excise and vat or either of two?

Wait till is is Implemented. In my opinion the implementation will be delayed by two more years, & it should come in force not before APRIL 2012
