You have a Master's Degree in Commerce.
Unfortunately; the value is not judged by the graduates while studying. They read the subjects to pass the examination.
Whereas you will be surprised to know that most of the subjects which you passed are almost same in the professional examinations of CA,CS & ICWA.
Sometimes the questions asked by Delhi University in M Com Examination have been asked ditto in CA Final; it is my experience.
You should start to learn practical aspects of Accounting Standards issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. For this; you can refer published balance sheets of Listed Companies which are easily available with a shareholder.
Thenafter; you should focus your attention to learn about IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). This will be very helpful to get entry into an MNC.
Even if you have sufficient time; you can register yourself with CS Executive Course. The cost of registration is only 7500/- and duration is one year only.
By passing this you will have half of the degree of CS which qualifies you to be appointed as Company Secretary in a company in which Paid Up Capital is upto Rs.2.00 Crore.
